Homemade Granola


  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp chia seed
  • 4 tsps vanilla
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Mix dry ingredients together, mix liquids together, and combine until coated.

You can also add pumpkin spice, cinnamon, almonds or cocoa powder to dry ingredients for differant flavors.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread evenly.  Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool and keep in covered container.
