Granola Bar Bites

NO BAKE MONSTER COOKIE GRANOLA BAR BITES

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/4 cups Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey

1/3 cup mini m&ms

1/3 cup mini choc. chips

1 cup protein powder

3 tbsp chia seeds

3 tbsp ground flax

Instructions

  1. Dump all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Stir well for a few minutes until everything is combined and oats and chocolate pieces are coated with wet ingredients.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls (1-1 1/2 inch) carefully, (wash your hands occasionally to prevent the mixture from sticking to them too much.
  4. Place bites on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Store in fridge in an airtight container or ziplock.
